TALES OF TERRIBLE SERVICE (The never ending story)

What an experience it has been...

I ordered a phone last week, the phone was never going to arrive as RAM says Vodacom never gave them my details and Vodacom says RAM never took the details correctly.

I cancelled the order with Vodacom and they said they had done the same with RAM - Only to receive a message that RAM is now delivering the parcel which I cancelled. RAM stated that Vodacom never made contact to cancel the parcel at all.

When i spoke to after sales service this morning Constance - the consultant who assisted me, said they had just made a note to cancel it - THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!! I had just phone RAM to cancel it myself!!!!! I have requested multiple times to speak to a superior as i am still waiting for contact to be made with me in regards to my first review.
