Taking Vodacom to ICASA!

I am generally a very nice person, but I am honestly tired of Vodacom.

They're customer "care" agent just dropped a call on me, saying that I am wasting her time. She's in the same department as Katlego.

I digress - I have written many reviews about Vodacom and my troubles with you guys. I am utterly disgusted by the obvious lack of company culture and training. I have requested on numerous ocassions to be contacted by one of your people, but clearly, that doesn't matter to them.

Will be talking to ICASA about this!!!!
