Taking two weeks for a simple SIM SWAP

My sister was unfortunate enough to get ****** and of course lost her phone. I have been trying to make a contract SIM SWAP since Monday Monday 15 August and have been met with unending hurdles. First, it was not the right SIM card, then i bought the "right one". Then the system was offline (for a week), now they can't perform a SIM swap because the line is "locked". I ask the customer service lady to then unlock the number and she says she does not have the ability to do so. So transfers my call and I get an automated messages saying the call centre is unavailble. Like, ***?? I know Vodacom tends to be *********** but this is taking this to a whole other level.

Going to Cell C to see if they can buy me out of this contract. I am done with these people.
