Taking short cuts

I took my Samsung A5 in for repairs I was told they had to upgrade the software .My phone was ready for collection within 2 hours. The phone worked for a week and a half and then stopped working. I took it back and I was told they now need to replace the mother board and it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I heard nothing and called them only to be told the phone was ready for collection 2 hours after I handed it in. When I enquired why so soon I was told it only takes a short while to upgrade the soft ware I then tried to establish why the mother board was not replaced like they said when I handed it in. They guy on the phone was not helpful and so I then called back and asked for the manager I was told that I was talking to the assistant manager. I explained my frustrations to him and he assured me he would check the phone. I collected the phone and again got zero feedback from the lady assisting me as to why the mother board was not replaced .Both times I asked for a loan phone and was told a simple NO. My phone has now lasted 3 days and it is broken again. The frustrating thing is the phone is still under warranty yet the store refuse to fix it properly and take shorts cuts. If upgrading the software did not work first time why do it again and the 2nd frustrating thing is the staff is far from helpful and has zero customer s****s
