TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

On sunday i did sim swap for my cell number ***and went to atm to withdraw cash unfortunately i did not link my M-pesa account with card,so it did not work i call m-pesa for help,they told me what to do but at the end the pin for card did not be accepted pop up message \YOUR COMMAND REJECTED BY ME\"they transfer my call to admin still something happen,even i did *141#process, started to be more confused.<br> <br> Early next day i call again explain the situation the person i spoke told me to do same process i told her i did that she transfer me to admin that person in admin division did not ask my problem before i finished the process just drop my call.I call again looking for manager they call Lebo -Team Leader first she apologies and said the admin is in cape town but she will help me i explain the problem,she ask me type of phone i am using i am using samsung but not the android she told to change to other phone but did not work.After she forwarded to IT dept which eventually helped. Suprising most she call me to day to hear if my problem is solved.I SAY POWER TO YOU.This person has all to go further in her career to make her leader was not mistake."
