taking monies from a pensioner

It's a sad time when a supplier like Vodacom can't even respond to your concern. My Mother in law is a pensioner and cancelled a deal with them 4 months ago. They keep debiting her account monthly even after talking and sending emails to various addresses as per there call center. So where is the good corporate governance? The CPA has bearing to this transaction. So, Vodacom lets see how you can rectify this... Otherwise i have no option but to seek legal advice. Our rights are reserved.
