Taking Money on different day as Debit Order Date

I have an account with Vodacom and My Debit Order Date is on the 29th of every month, now on February Vodacom decided to take my money on the 27th and not the Monday after the 28th as per the Vodacom Debit Order Rule.

If My Debit Oder is on the 29th then of cause the debit order should be on the 28th of February and then the system will pick it up that it is a Saturday and follow the Vodacom rule that states if a debit order is on a weekend the debit Order will go through on the following Monday. Nowhere does it state that they will take on the Friday before the debit order date.

No one contacted me nor did Vodacom inform me in any manner that they will be taking the money off of my account on the 27th, No because Vodacom decided to do what they want I have to pay a penalty fee of a hundred Rand, if Vodacom thinks that they will charge me R100 and not credit my account I will be suing Vodacom for the Money they want to ***** from me and for defamation of character. which will be a lot me.

This is theft that you are busy with and I will not Stand for it. I want upper management to contact me not low level staff.
