Taking money from your account as they feel like.
<p>So it is Vodacom again taking money from my bank account, a additional deveit order of over R200 went off my account on the 3rd of November after i have paid my ****hly instalment and a month after I took a new contract with Vodacom. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported the issue and was promised a service call was logged because the consultant stated clearly that she can see on my account they have harged me twice for activations. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have received this sms 2 days ago....</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Customer, please be advised that we are attending to your query. </p> <p>Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Jabulisile Mtsweni.</p> <p> </p> <p>And nothing was done, i cant reverse the debit order because it will reflect bad on my name and credit score.
