Taking longer to deliver my order

I signed a contract with Vodacom on the 25th of March 2024 for Home Internet 50Mbps Fair Usage Policy of 1TB* + Vodacom S90 4G LTE CAT6 Router with Backup Battery. I received an SMS that Skynet will contact me to deliver my order. On your website, you wrote, "Get FREE delivery within 2 - 5 working days". When I call your call center i get some stories. order is waiting for Dispatch. Other agents will tell you that delivery is 3 to 7 working days. If you don't want to offer your services to your customers then leave it and we will find another provider. Your delivery service sucks, big time.
