TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST VODACOM FOR FAILURE TO REINSTATE MY DEBIT ORDER RESULTING IN ME BEEN HANDED OVER

On the 05/07/2022 I received a draft summons letter from Vodacom with the outstanding amount due on my account and had 21 days in which I can contact Vodacom and make payment arrangements as I was on maternity leave from 01/08/2021 to the 04/02/2022 and was unable to make payment. I responded on the 07/07/2022 asking *** if they can please continue debit my account for the agreed monthly amount from the 27/07/2022. I got an email back on the 10/07/2022 from *** acknowledge receipt of my email but due to the status been prelegal I need to contact subscriber collection for payment arrangements. tried calling Vodacom as I was getting no joy and on the 15/007/2022 I got Yonela Nojwaqani whom directed my call to subscriber collection department, but the line got disconnected. again, I sent an email to subscriber collection with my email from the 07/07/2022 attached. the only thing I got back as always I a thank you for your email. Your reference number is: 002CYaHC9CJ5D4DU but never did I ever get feedback from subscriber collection department and next thing I know my account is handed over. Please do not take this review lightly as I am, and I will be taking legal action against Vodacom for negligence and failure to respond to correspondence from a customer.

No, this matter is about you'll handing over my account after I made how many attempts to get hold of you'll collections department to get my debit order reinstated and every attempt failed as I could not get through or was never contacted back by Vodacom. my issue is with Vodacom and NOT BURNARD RAAF. I have all the proof in emails and calls and i will be seeking legal advise with regards to what course can be taken against Vodacom for negligence and failure to respond to correspondence from a customer.
