Taking advantage of vulnerable single moms

I have been trying to cancel my vodacom contracts since last year November. They make it impossible! They have the absolute worst customer service ever. I have never ever had such a terrible experience with any other company. People should stay very far away from this company. You can just look at their reviews on different platforms to realize that you should stay very far away from them. I am a working single mom. I don't have the time to phone them every day to talk to a machine and not get anywhere. And I just get the same automated message from them every time with empty promises. *********** and rude
