Taken from pillar to post with Vodacom....and Zero resolution of my problem!

I have tried many of the contact options on Vodacom's website...and had zero results to resolve my problem! I am totally fed up with this service provider. After spending 30 mins on their 'Chat' support......and answering a barrage of questions, the system timed-out the conversation. I have not heard from Wendy, the consultant again....even though she had all my details and recorded my problem. My emails are constantly not resolved...and new emails are sent to me asking MORE question., some already answered! Shocking treatment of a customer!
