Taken data without even using wifi router

Last week was sold wifi router contract telephonically. Arrived last Friday. Call centre says activated 9:30 Fri eve when I called on Sat and I should wait till later the day as router wouldn't connect! Bearing in mind 1 has to phone many different numbers to get different answers. I was advised to seek an outlet if I would like to activate sooner. Tho morning, Sunday 8/11/15 I switched on router to check and still not active, 2 days after apparent activation. I went to a vodacom outlet in PE which tried to help and informed me that my balance was 1.67gigs when I should have had 2 gigs. She informed me that I had not used any data which means that Vodacom sold me a 2 gig contract and only giving 1.67. I now have to apparently seek the walk in centre. This is breach of contract and false advertising. The contract is sold over the phone and delivered to your door, doesn't work and not the correct amount of data, you have to contact call centre many times on many numbers with no avail! Now I must go wait for ages at the call centre!!! What is the point of selling this way? I'm doing all the work and if I didn't check vodacom would ***** 330mb a month!!!! This is disgusting!
