Takealot seems to pay their people for doing NOTHING I returned a faulty TV smart box to their West Rand depot 2-weeks ago but did not return the cable, this was done and we were promised resolution No action was logged on the tracking system and upon visiting the depot for the 3rd time yesterday we discovered that the unit was STILL AT THE WEST RAND DEPOT Larry, the supervisor had done NOTHING Strange how they are very quick to take one's money and generally deliver very promptly, yet when there is a problem, they backtrack and delay in resolving the issue Shame on you Takealot
