Take your hands out of my money!!

Hello Peter

below are string of emails that I have sent to Vodacom requesting that they sort out my query. Till date – a full 35 days after my first initial email I have not heard from Vodacom nor given an indication of where I need to send my complaint to. This leaves me with no choice than to ask for your help L.

To make matters worse, they debited R1 362-90 with no explanation whatsoever. Every time I call in requesting to speak to someone I’m always told that someone will call me back however NOBODY CALSS!!

Regards

Refilwe

From: Tshetlha, R. According to him was advised that my account or rather no cancellation quotation was ever requested.

If all fails to resolve or get to the bottom of what happened here. Can I please be refunded the money I paid and I will continue with the contract because this whole thing is really starting to pass the point of irritation.

Can I please have a response to this?

Regards

Refilwe Tshetlha

********** 061

From: Tshetlha, R. So I called Vodacom’s call centre and after been sent from one department to the other I finally got through to Joslyn Job. She managed to get me the details of the lady who sent the quotation (this was done after much threatening from my side because she gave me some lame excuses about not knowing the person’s full details even though they work in the same department).

The lady in question is Zanele Gamca, she sent me a quotation on 17 June 2016 for my Vodacom number 072 ********** . My request was that the contract be cancelled and I pay all outstanding amounts.

So when I called in, one of the lady that I spoke to (Lauren) said the actual quotation on her side is supposed to be R2 528-13 (R266-90 difference to what I was emailed)

According to me the ONLY amount that should be debited from my account is only for the ********** 351 number as according to me…everything for the ********** 461 number was paid for.

Can you please find out for me why the money was not debited from my account in June for the ********** 351 and secondly can you please send me the voice recording of the discussion I had with Zanele Gamca.

If this matter requires that I come to your offices, then I will gladly do so because I refuse to pay for money that I don’t understand where it came from and no explanation was given prior to those transactions.

Please call me to resolve this on ********** 061

Thank you

Refilwe Tshetlha

From: Refilwe Tshetlha [mailto:refilwet.tshetlha2@ gmail.com]
Sent: 28 July 2016 09:11 AM
To: Tshetlha, R.
