TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

I logged a fault (1- ********** ********** ) with Vodacom more than a month ago with regards to the signal in the Brits Industrial Area the main business area of the town. After about 15 calls a technician was sent out to carry out an assessment on the area he noted and filed a report with about 60 other Vodacom users (via a list that was compiled by us to motivate our network problem) in this area that is experiencing the same problem: we can not make or take calls in the industrial area we have countless dropped calls WE CAN NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS LIKE THIS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

on Monday I called because I did not receive any feedback from Vodacom with regards to my fault, the call center representative told me that the fault was closed - HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE IF THE NETWORK PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED AND NO FEEDBACK WAS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!

The call center also advised me that a new tower build was filed with the local Madibeng Municipality - we do appreciate this but this is a long-term solution and does not present a short-term solution to BUSINESS VODACOM USERS while we wait 6-12 months for this tower to be erected.

On the 10th of July, the call center advised me that the network department said that we must purchase a signal booster from a Vodacom store this was not advised during the fault process, the site visit or any other call. We asked the call center to please request the network department to supply and fit an industrial signal booster at our business premises as a short-term solution as we are LOSING BUSINESS DAILY!!! in a modern day era the main way of doing business is via your cell phone - unfortunately for is this is not possible as we can not make or take a call form a client!!!!!

I phoned again on the 11th of July 2018 at 16:05 and spoke to a Mr. Alex Mitchell in the network department he told me that if I am not satisfied with the VODACOM service then I must take all my contracts including those held by my employer and move them to another service provider???????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I am not sure that this is the type of business that VODACOM would like !!! I suggested that a free signal booster is fitted to companies affected by the network problem as a valued service from VODACOM to it users that spend +-8-10 hrs a day 6 days a week in this area while the problem is being addressed!!!!! We can not be on business packages that pay a standard fee with unlimited airtime if we are not able to use them in that case Vodacom must refund its customers their money because you are then *****ing my money for a service that you can not provide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MR Alex was not very keen on assisting me with my problem!!

So Vodacom if you do not value us as a customer I will gladly email this to the 60 users that freely gave their number to help us improve your service and move to another service provider that will value our money!!! and us as a customer.
