Take note Vodacom - this is my final word on this matter

I just talked to Nandi ref # *** regarding the cancelled contract for ***. After months, Vodacom still does not seem to have the capacity to understand that if they did not keep their part of the upgrade agreement that was made on 1 December 2020, then there is no legal contract in place and I have no contractual obligations whatsoever to Vodacom for this number after 30 April 2021.

The sim-card for this number has been destroyed. The number seized to exist at midnight on 30 April 2021. There is ample evidence of which the recording that Vodacom made between Romano and myself on 1 December 2020, is just one. I will not enter into any further discussions with Vodacom on this matter. The contract has been cancelled because Vodacom did not keep their part of the agreement that was made on 1 December 2020.

Please send me a cancellation number for my records.

A consultant did not phone me. I received a SMS informing me that the upgrade has been reversed (finally, thank you) and that I have to phone the number provided to cancel it. When I phoned to tell them that it has already been cancelled, the prompt informed me that I am not due for an upgrade. I have tried, numerous times, to resolve this from my side. The contract has been cancelled with proper notice, too many times to count. Now I am leaving it. As I said, the SIM-card has been destroyed on 30 April 2021 as the contract has been cancelled. There is no legal contract in place for this number from 1 May 2021.
