Take money out of the bank without authorisation

Last week received a SMS advising me that a debit order had not gone through to pay my account and that it would be resubmitted on the 15th. Called Vodacom and spoke to their customer service agent and asked him about the so called debit order. I also advised him that I dont have a debit order with Vodacom as I pay my account using a EFT every 4th of the month. He checked and advised me that it was a system error and I dont have a debit order and my account was up to date. On the 17th I received a SMS from my bank that a debit order in favour of Vodacom had gone off my account. I called the call centre and again was advised that I dont have a debit order with them and was told they will lodge my complaint with their accounts department. I am now in two minds weather I should lay charges of theft or ***** against them for ********ly taking money from my account without authorisation.
