take a lot voucher not issuing

I took a Red professional plus contract in April 2019, but now Vodacom does not want to issue my take alot voucher.

But i must not miss my payment oooo no. can anyone with some with authority please sort this out.

It has been 2 weeks now and one person phoned me to do what i don't know, sent all my correspondence to the guy's email address. Not a reply or to say Vodacom is working on it, nothing.
Guess what Vodacom debted my account yet again. with no result.

Is a manager of vodacom even reading this hello peter complaints
