TABLET REPLACED WITH NEW DEVICE

am soooooo happy, I had wrote a complaint about my device in which ackermans had adviced tha Vodacom may return it back because it doesn't have a receipt, I questioned that becos this phone has a serial number and should be traced easily...<br> <br> in just a 9 days, I called ackermans to followup on the phone, I was told it was REPLACED WITH A BRAND NEW DEVICE .... WOW what a shocker, I was expecting the device to still be in repairs and told a later date but no, it has been replaced all together. this had made my day becos I was losing out on a lot due to not having my phone.<br> I WANT TO GIVE A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO ALL PEOPLE INVOLVED IN SOLVING THIS FOR ME.
