Tablet repairs
<p>i took in my vodacom tablet in to centurion mall voda shop. i had inserted the sim card incorrectly and wanted them to remove it, they took the tablet and tried to remove the sim card right there on the floor in my presence using a sharp instrument like a knife/blade. that didnt work and i was told they will book it in and remove the sim card, i then got a call to say they have managed to remove the sim card however i need to pay for the dameg they have caused to the tablet as its not working any more. the damge was as a result of them inserting the blade or knife onto the sim reader...now i have to pay them R1000+ bcos of thier incompetence...</p>

its now 3 days and i havent been contacted nor heard from anyone from your company...i have been trying to contact your ********** complaints department and Mariska Davids the manager at centurion but im being sent from pillar to post. The manager at your Centurion Branch Mariska is very rude and be-littles people, she looks down on black people and talks to me like im some 10 year old. can you please advise if you are willing to assist me ?
