Tablet not working

Hi, I bought a a tablet. After a week when i received it, it started giving me problems The tablet didn't come on. I went to the Vodacom shop and they said that the tablet is fine. I have taken the Tablet for repairs but after a mouth i still do not have my tablet. This is frustrating as this is a "brand nw tablet.
