TABLET LESS THAN 3 MONTHS NOT WORKING

Good Day <br> <br> I have bought a vodatablet cash at ackermans in woodmead in April 2015 the phone always gives error wrting something about alcertel and now all of a sudden the phone doesn't charge and remains at 2% <br> <br> I took it in for repairs today, I was told that Vodacom rejects repairs based on receipt, I had mistakenly kept my rica receipt instead of purchase, it has the date of purchase and the box is still there, clearly the barcode will tell you if its your phone or not, again how is stock distributed, I find it weird also my rica has the date, the store should have a copy for purchase as I no the date, time, n person whom assisted me, can I pls have the phone fixed or replaced, times are tough 1000 is a lot of money that I cant just throw away.<br> <br> Can I have more clarity on this please??<br> <br> Thanks
