TABLET

Good day, I have a Vodacom Tablet on contract. The tablet is unable to connect to internet services, so I took it in to the Vodacom newtown branch to have it seen to. They then sent it off to have a look at it. The tablet came back a few days later where they have stated that it is irrepairable and physical damage. Now firstly, my tablet has a chip pn thescreen and it was working quite fine, secondly if the tablet is irrepairable, why am I still able to play games on the tablet. I find this unacceptable, i need some answers or I would like my contract cancelled.
