Tab unrepairable
Our son recieved a Vodafone Tablet 7 inch, for Christmas, from his grandmother. On January 31, he dropped it and the screen cracked, leaving the tablet useless. I contacted Vodacom for a quote on a new screen on Feb 3rd, at Vodacom 4U Kolonnade. The consultant phoned the Vodacom repair centre, and they told the consultant that the tablet cannot be repaired. They don't have spare screens to repair the tablet. Why are Vodacom selling a electronic smart device, if it cannot be repaired, and it is not communicated as such? I feel it is bad service from Vodacom to sell a product they cannot repair. The fact that a damaged screen would leave you with a useless tab should have been communicated by Vodacom.
