System error makes contract useless

This is a follow-up complaint on the one I sent on the 30th of November. It's now 2 days into the new month and my wife's contract is still not working correctly. She is unable to call or send texted without being in the facinity of wifi. When she dials *111#, here balances are still indicated as zero. However when I call customer care 082 111, the balances have been updated with this months data and airtime.

I was specifically told by the custormer care department in Somerset Mall that my wife will receive her airtime and data in the new month, and her phone will be working correctly, as they told me that she had depleted her airtime and data. But since the issue has continued into the new month, the floor manager and staff member who attempted to help me blatantly **** to me about the fact my wife used her airtime and data. It's almost like they wanted to get rid of me because they didn't want to deal with a system stuff up.

I was sent a reply to my previous complaint saying someone from Vodacom will be in contact shortly. It's been almost 2 days and I still haven't received a call yet. I don't what time frame Vodacom thinks is a reasonable time to get back to a client, but 2 days is ridiculous just to acknoledge that something is being done about this issue.

If this issue is not resolved in the next week, I will be going back to the Cellucity and requesting that the contract be cancelled and I be reimbursed for the full month of November and December, and I will take out a different contract so that the system can register my wife's number correctly. If needs be I will change service providers if this issue continues.
