syncing of cell number

Good day, <br> <br> I find myself having to call vodacom call centre almost every second day because my cell number keep getting unsynced, people trying to get ahold of me and it rings on their side but the call doesnt even connect on my side or ring to indicate I have an incomming call.<br> <br> Please can you guys come up with a permanent solution to this problem, I work all day I dont have time to keep calling vodacom to sync my cell number.<br> <br> Thank you
