Switching debit orders without my permission??

I called a few weeks ago asking you to specifically NOT allow Capitec to switch my debit orders. Capitec didn't listen to me, so i called Vodacom to make sure they DO NOT switch my debit orders. Now, 3 weeks down the line, i get an sms that "Your account has not been paid. Debit order returned unpaid". Well of course it's not paid, that account is freaking closed! Why do you think i asked YOU NOT to switch the bank debit order. When i called, the Agent i spoke to even put me on hold while she asked her Supervisor / Manager. And i was told on the phone, that Vodacom needs MY EXPRESS permission to allow debit order switching. No one called me to authorise the switch, which i warned you guys NOT to authorize. So now i owe money but it's NOT my fault. Please revert to banking details you had previously. NO IDEA WHY YOU DECIDED TO SWITCH THEM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
