Swip Swop, ***** Division, IT Department - All USELESS
On the 7th September 2017, i received my upgrade through Vodacom, on the 8th we tried to do a sim swop, but to NO AVAIL. I tried again on Monday and managed to get something going however that was about as far as it came, Between the 8th September and the 15th September i have contacted the following numbers 111, 18 times and the forensic 011 ********** , 31 times and each and every time i am given the run around. Forensics say that the wrong ID was captured, (BY VODACOMS INCOMPENTENT STAFF). I confirmed with them that the ID captured is for my daughter as i live with her and she has had to supply me with proof of residence. The forensic person, (unfortunately i have forgotten her name) said that she had emailed the IT department to accept/release/allow the sim swop to happen. Still today th e15th Sep, i have been given 4 completely different stories regarding the sim swop - Call centre can not do it, must be done at shop, Shop cant do it must contact call centre. Forensics close at 5 but has not answered their phone line from 16:00. THIS IS NOW A WEEK SINCE THE START AND NO ONE AT VODACOM CAN HELP OR AT LEAST IS WILLING TO HELP. this matter needs to be sorted or further action will be taken
