Sweaty Hands are now regarded as Liquid Damage

Great Vodacom after a month you are charging me an extra R500 excess on top of a R300 excess fee for liquid damage on a phone because supposedly I have sweaty hands??? really!!! I booked my phone in for a faulty speaker and software reset but you are claiming for liquid damage. you people are pathetic!!!! I have to pay for a service yet no service is being rendered! Closing my contract with you today!!!!!
