Swapped the wrong Sim

They swapped my husbands simcard instead of mine, rendering his phone useless. He is overseas and has no way to contact me or his employer who has to communicate flights and other important information to him. I have been getting nothing but excuses and empty promises for 10 days from them. They said they would reverse it but have failed to so. I asked them multiple times to be sure to swap the correct sim as my husbands number cannot be affected by the change. They had ample time to work on the problem and failed to do so.
