Swakkest call centre agents
<p>VS other companies you have the swakkest agents. I have recorded the whole conversation I just had with 'Mondo'. I said after the whole sales pitch that the offer will not apply to me and your agent just said "ok" and dropped the phone. Really?? Would you want to be a part of such a brand? SHOCKING!</p>
