Swak diens
<p>Op die 12de Aug het ek my foon in gegee vir herstel by Vodaworld by Tshepo oor die toonbank.Met die inboek vir herstel het foon nog als reg gewerk, net die skerm was heeltemal gebars maar nog steeds oproepe gemaak ontvang gesms facebook ens. Ek het nog by Tshepo gesit op foon te reset.</p> <p>Die 17de Aug kry ek boodskap dat ek foon kan af haal maar dit is n "BR" herstel !!</p> <p>Ek het toe in ges***el die 17de Aug en vir hul gese dat ek nie gelukkig is nie , waar hul vir my gese het hul sal weer na handstuk kyk en terug kom na my toe.</p> <p>Vandag die 22ste Aug weer inges***el om op te volg op ********** vir J/C ********** 8 , NOU word daar beweer dat daar geen notas gemaak is van my oproep na hul op die sisteem nie en dat dit wel kan gebeur dat n handstuk foutief kan raak met die herstel en oopmaak van foon en dat ek maar so gelukkig moet wees - die foon kan nie herstel word nie.</p> <p>HOE maak ek nou verder MOET ek dit maar net aanvaar dat daar niks gedoen kan word nie nadat ek skerm versekering by vodacom het en die foon nog als gewerk het toe ek hom inboek !!</p>

Dear Mr Coetzee,
I have contacted the Repair Centre and was advised that the device is beyond economical repair and will not be repaired.
When the device was opened there was more damage to the internal parts of the device other than exterior damage. The Advance Repair call centre can be contacted at ********** .
If you have handset insurance you can proceed with a claim.

That is the PROBLEM !!!!!
The phone was WORKING 100% only the screen glass was shattered !

I still cant understand how a person can give a item in for repair for one thing and all the rest is working, even the TOUCH SCREEN and now all of a sudden the pc board and sim reader is faulty and it is beyond repair ?
All answer that i get back when I phone in now is sorry it can happen :
