Suspention of Account

I am nou sick and tired of Vodacom's uselessness.

As from April 2017 I've paid my account via EFT around the 15th of each month, after I informed Vodacom various times that I only get paid on the 15th of the month. With much struggle they fixed the problem. But each month I get sms's that my account is in arrears. And evertime I contacted Vodacom to enquire about this sms's and everytime they confirm that my payment details was updated that I make EFT payments by the 15th of each month.

I have all the communications on e-mail which confirms this arrangement. I even have an e-mail from Vodacom, Busiswe Mhlanjo dated 6 June 2017 which confirm this in writing.

Payments made on my accounts as from January 2017 was as follows :

3 January 2017, 13 March 2017, 22 March 2017, 12 April 2017, 12 May 2017, 12 June 2017, 12 July 2017 and 14 August 2017.

I made payment early this morning on the 14th of August via EFT.

Suddenly around 10:00 this morning my accounts gets suspended for non payment/oustanding account.

I phoned Vodacom, handing on for 10 min. Suddenly my cell phone rings and its Vodacom stating that they received a message that they must phone me. Strage!!!!

I spoke to Shalon Madau at 10:47 enquiring why my accounts was suspended. He informed me that for the month of April 2017 my accounts was not paid, as the debit order did not go through. Realy!!!!!

I was struggeling from February 2017 to get my debit order cancelled, and eventually it was cancelled in March 2017 already. Whereafter I made EFt payments as stated above.

Today is the 14th of August 2017 and Shalom informs me that my accounts is in arrears as from April 2017????? My account was not in arrears. And proof of above mentioned payments can be submitted.

He informed me that he wil unblock my phone, without asking me to fax proof of payment etc through. It seems as if he noticed that Vodacom made a mistake AGAIN!

Now suddenbly I received a sms that "your unlock processing fee has been activated". I am so sorry for Vodacom, but I will NOT PAY ANY PENALTIES FOR VODACOM'S INCOMPETANCY!
