Suspension of Subscription after confirmation that all is in order

You debited my account with R2500 for a contract which is fixed for R507, this was reversed and I emailed you to debit the correct amount after you credited your mistake. I even tried to do an EFT to which I wasnt able to load the beneficiary reference and I informed you about this . You told me on Monday that all is sorted and noted and that the full amount will be debited on the first and that I don't have to worry about the subscription being suspended as there is no arrears now (even the screenshots of the SMSs received from Vodacom Accounts department confirmed this). Now you have suspended my service.
I am busy sending all the emails and SMSs to my lawyer to take legal action. You made a mistake and I tried to sort it out for over two weeks now, with you confirming each time its sorted out, only till the next MSG i received each time.

You were supposed to contact me by 8:00 this morning and still nothing has been done or no phone call.

This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Sort it out ASAP - I am pregnant, busy with a divorce and need to stay connected. Should something happen in the meantime, I will add an additional legal charge against Vodacom and I will make sure every single individual that dealt with my account, etc will be dealt with accordingly.
