Suspension of my number

I'm Prince I bought a phone at Vodacom by the end of July 2022 under easy2own promotion and I had to pay every month end I didn't miss even one payment but my had locked off from the 11of October 2022 until to 27 October 2022 and vodashop phoned them but no-one assisted us . They said I have to wait 48hours but nothing change . After that phone were open but my phone number was suspended until today I had sent all requirements but nothing changed my things are stucked I loss many important contacts for no reason because I hava using this number more than ten years now.
