Suspending Services every 2 days

I have been having issues with Vodacom since 2nd October and to date no one is able to assist me

· 02/10/2016 11H26 : I called Vodacom to find out why my cellular services where suspended, I was informed that since the 1st and it was a Saturday they didn’t debit and I should wait for 48hrs for services to resume back to normal. Debit when off on Monday and Phone was working

· 05/10/2016 14H00: I tried making a call and my services where suspended again, I called Vodacom they sorted everything out & was able to make calls. At 21H13 same day my services were suspended again I called Vodacom and the agent who assisted me promised he would escalade the matter

· 09-10-2016 7H28: I was on my way to a funeral, I tried making a call for directions, to my surprise Vodacom has blocked my services again, despite me having paid them. I spoke to a team leader who explained that they set up a limit on my phone of which I didn’t request and it doesn’t make sense at all why they did that, when all along there was never a limit and who the hell sets a limit on a pre-paid account, I told the guy I was sick and tired of calling Vodacom every 2 days to complain about same thing over and over and this is the reference number I received after the call1- ********** 0428 along with a promise to escalate the call

· 12/10/2016 17H58 : Found myself back to square one, services were suspended, called some lady picked I explained to her my frustrations since the 2/10/2016, she put me on hold for 16min and only have her to transfer me without explaining to the person she is transferring me too why and now I have to retell the next agent why I was calling, for her to tell me the escalation that I was promised would happen on Sunday didn’t happen. I asked her to log a call and requested a reference number and she informed me won’t be able too since the call that was logged on Sunday was still open, she then instead said she will send technical an email, I asked her to cc me in that mail that wasn’t done

· 13/10/2016: I find myself were I was on the 01/10/2016 with suspended cellular services when I have paid Vodacom in full, even as I type this am unable to do anything with my phone unless am in a wifi hot spot area.

This whole mess is affecting my business, how am I expected to run a business when I phone that is constantly suspended, if this issue isn’t sorted out before the end of the day , I will detail the money I loose and your company will have to reimburse me for my losses.

I have a child that’s am unable to get too at times because of your useless company and your lack of service delivery. What should happen before so that you guys can assist a paying client that has never missed a payment for the past 10 year I have been a loyal Vodacom customer

I am really sick and tired of calling Vodacom over the same thing for the past 2 weeks and when I request they give me option on how to terminate their contract and take phone and sim card back no one is willing to assist. service is pathetic and agents are really unhelpful
