SUSPENDED NUMBER- UNHELPFUL CUSTOMERCARE

Very UNHAPPY. I got a new number a month ago***) this number has since been suspended with no warning whatsoever. I work from home and now i am losing business, every time i try to place a call it says "You have been rerouted to a recorded announcement, please be advised that your number has been suspended" -tried calling customer to find out what happened and how we can fix it and got no answers whatsoever. Its very frustrating. I can only assume that it was a duplicate number because i have received sms's that were meant for someone else , but does this give them the right to suspend my number without giving me a warning or providing me with the choice of changing numbers or something? What am i supposed to do for work now? My whole Job depends on this ....PLEASE HELP

Went into a Vodacom Branch where we were met with hostility and accusations. We were told the SIM was blocked because it was rapported ****** . On the system the agent could see it was a duplicate SIM card but in order to unlock it for me , I have to jump through hopes to show that I wasn't a ***** that stole it . According to the agent it would take them around 2-4 weeks to unblock it .
I didn't have that time , like I said my whole job depends on receiving and making calls.

So I left and went to another network
