Suprised Customer

Over the years I have had bad experiences with Vodacom, especially with customer service and I never complain about it, but for the first time I was pleasantly surprised.

I spoke to consultant Nomfundo regarding my fiber and she honestly gave great service. She listened to me and did everything she could to try and help me. She was the first person from Vodacom to say they will call me back, and actually call me back. I hope she is valued as an employee, and others should learn from her. Thank you again Nomfundo. Give this lady a raise please.
