Supposed Bend iPhone

So I got a iPhone 6 Plus from my local Vodacom Cycad Center here in Polokwane, witch by the way has ALWAYS given me SUPERB Service! 3 Months Later the phone started doing some weird stuff, freezing, restarting, mic not working and unresponsive screen touches. I took the phone to Vodacom Cycad Center and Ruan (The Manager) sent the phone to vodacom repairs, after about two weeks Ruan phones me and tell me Vodacom Repair Center is Saying I have a Bend iPhone and it`s going to cost me ALMOST R7000 to Repair. Now as a Apple FANBOY I`ve known about the bending problem before South Africa received iPhones and is SOLVED buy placing your phone in a FULL ALUMINIUM Case from day one! Witch was done! There was NO sign that the phone was Bend the day I took it in (RUAN AS WITNESS!!!) And the Glass Screen Protector on the phone was NOT cracked and it`s normally the first thing that breaks when you have a bend iPhone! So now I have a R13000 device that does not mean ANYTHING because Vodacom now has a EASY OUT Solution to ANY iPhone problem!!! PATHETIC!!!
