Supporting *********

I am a victim of impersonation. I notified Vodacom and asked them to change my contract cell number as the ********** was subscribing me to stuff on the internet and also trying to do a sim swop. I have even been to Southgate branch personally with my case number, the letter i received from the South African ***** Prevention Services and all relevant documents to support my statement. To date nothing has been done. I have sent them emails myself as well, no luck. Guess what...all my airtime was used up in 4 days which normally lasts me the whole month.
Vodacom refuses to help me and rather prefer assisting and supporting *********..Im so dissapointed in vodacom.

I gues its ok for me to just pay my bill as long as they get their money and keep on supporting *********.
