Supporting crime. ******* sim swop

Vodacom allowed a sim swop without my authorisation. They further allowed my daily account limit to be changed from R50 to R5000. Vodacom empowered ********* to use R5000 worth of services on the ******* sim. I tried to block the sim. After blocking it I received further notifications that more services was used. After the sim supposedly blocked, I managed to still call the ******. WHAT An effective block. !!!!. This gives me Zero confidence in Vodacom. You security is pathetic if customer blocks can be changed without authorisation. Well done. Great inside job.
