SUPPORT? WHATS THAT? Its been weeks of "please be patient"

Honestly, If I could give 0 stars I would!! It’s been weeks, if not months, we have been complaining to Vodacom that my 30mbps home internet line is up to *******! We are averaging 10mbps - with some days being way less, and a ping rate of over 90!! What has Vodacom done? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except asking me to please be patient...again...and again...and again. The "Advanced Date Support Team" will be in contact they say, but nothing. They trying to tell me they tried to call several times, but they haven't! I have given them three telephone numbers to call me on - all of which I use DAILY for work. You telling me a Vodacom department (who doesn’t allow you to contact them directly) can’t get hold of me on a prepaid, Vodacom contract line, or a land line?? REDICULOUS. I have not received the contracted line speed since taking out this contract, and I am pay hundreds of Rands for this line speed, and NOTHING. They just don't care. They are quick to increase all contract costs across their national customer base but don’t care, not one bit, for any of their customers, or offering any level of support to them.

Reviewer Update
I have been "prioritized" before.
This needs to be sorted TODAY! I've had enough.

Again I get a please be patient message from your team...
"Good Morning,
Please allow our team more time to contact you with the relevant feedback once it is made available we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused."

How long do I have to wait.
Waited long enough now.
