supplier advised i must pay for repairs

I took my vodacom tab in for repairs as my touchscreen was not responding on some parts of the screen. i booked it in at vodacom in promendae mitchells plain where the consultant told me the repair centre will call me. i got a call from the repair centre on 28.12.15,who advised me that i will need to pay R798 for the repairs and i advised this is wrong as my tab is only 10 months old and under warrantee.the line disconected and i received no further communication until i called them on the 04.01.16 to find out what is happening.i was advised that the warrntee does not cover the physical damage and i advised there was no physical damage when i booked it in as they made am note on the doc they gave me if there was any exterior damage.i told them i am not happy and would like to escalate it which i did on the same day. i didnt receive any response after 2 days and emailed again and was advised they are looking into it . i ave emailed them 3 or 4 times and still have no resolution and i am still paying for the tab and not very happy about this. i have 3 contracts with vodacom and have been a loyal cutomer.
