Superviser refuse to speak to customer

I am not happy at all with the treatment I received from your cancellations centre. I have phoned your cancellations department in order to change my contract from a UChoose 500 account to a prepaid. I was told that the penalty I have to pay was 75% of the remaining payments due. I have never agreed to these terms and conditions and was never even told about that. I asked whether the proof can be provided whether I have agreed to these conditions, and was told that it cannot be given...

I then asked to speak to the superviser and was asked to hold. The superviser sent the clerk back to inform me that my questions are not important enough for him to spend time on!!!!

Really poor customer service.

I want to ask that proof is provided where I agreed to a 75% termination fee. This is ludicrous. Also, from what I understand now your competitors, MTN and Cell C charges only for the handset and one month. How do you justify 75% as reasonable? To note, I did not even take a new handset when I rolled over my contract. I will definitely advise all not to do any business with Vodacom.

I did not get adequate feedback. Vodacom did not provide the proof as was requested in the review. I am looking for the signed document or recorded voice agreement (if applicable) to prove the legality of the contract.
