SUPERSTAR CALL CENTRE AGENT
for the first time EVER contacting Vodacom customer care (135 today at 14:27) did i get such AWESOME service, Kayleen answered my call and resolved my query withing minutes and chattered to me while doing so, not once did she say hold on and place me on hold. not only did she resolve my query immediately, she also offered me advice on my other numbers contracted to Vodacom.. WELL DONE KAYLEEN, i hope you always answer my calls...
