Superhero of the day: Nokuthula
Nokuthula is my superhero. Her service was outstanding and she handled my enquiry as though it was a personal matter to her. Even after receiving confirmation via email, she still called me. I wish the previous consultant I dealt with had been just as helpful but I'm glad I spoke to Nokuthula because this gives me hope that there are people out there who genuinely care, are efficient and going over and above fulfilling their job requirements.
