Superb service
Thank you so much Ms Keitumetsi Moraladi, for helping me with a long time problem that more than three agents where struggling to help me. All agents, where able to give me good customer service yet I realised that product knowledge was a problem yet I kept on calling as I knew that the will be one who'll be able to assist. All I can say is: agent with a good customer service and a product knowledge. Big up Ms Keitumetsi Moraladi
