Superb customer service Vodacom
I spoke to Juwairriyah Saddack from the cancellations division at Vodacom.the other day with regards to cancellations on my contracts. I have to say that it's by far the best customer service that I have received ever in my entire life as a consumer.She was not only friendly and bubbly but she sought the best possible deal and solution to my query saving me money at the same time. I've always been with Vodacom and always use the call centres as they are most convenient because I travel and I have never experienced such good customer service before.Well done on superb customer service 👌
