Super terrible customer service
This is redicilous. I have been told on more than one phone call with vodacom the account that was supposed to be canceled more than a year ago. Would be credited, and removed from my name.
No one has done this, which in turn is *****ing with my credit score and making my credit bad.
I NEED THIS RESOLVED NOW!!!!
Can't believe you guys can't do your job.
